The theory behind laser hair therapy does make some sense to me but reviews of laser therapy that I have read seem to cite mediocre results. I think that you could adopt a more rounded strategy to promoting your hair growth for less money and with better results. That would be my recommendation. Take a look at each of the causes of hair loss on this website and bear all of them in mind when developing a strategy to regrow your hair. Ask yourself, how many of those causes will the laser comb prevent, and then take that into account when considering laser therapy against other options.

If you're talking about laser hair therapy, then yes their is a case for it as a hair loss treatment. However I wouldn't recommend following the website you reference -- looks like some kind of spam website.

I can't say whether they're safe or not but I haven't heard any cases of problems associated with their use, while I have heard of cases where they have improved hair quality and perhaps even reduced hair loss.

Whether their benefits can be attributed at least in part to a psychosomatic response I couldn't say. But they do seem to have worked on the mice.
