Hello,
I'm assuming my hair loss is related to giving up wheat (cold turkey) a few months ago. I'm back on wheat again, and eating flaxseed, and the hair loss is much less now. I take a multi-vitamin and extra calcium and eat well. I would really like to return to wheat-free living, but am afraid of losing hair again. What can I do? Could have been stress related or maybe excess progesterone (?).
Thanks, Shirley
