Out of all of these products, I’d recommend the As I Am Cleansing Conditioner for people with very dry hair, any of the products with sulfates (these are the things that create the “lather” in typical shampoos and strip oils from the hair) for people with oily hair, and the rest of the shampoos work for every type of hair. It is recommended that people curly hair not shampoo their hair daily, regardless of shampoo, however, as this can also lead to dry hair and breakage. Curly hair, unlike straight hair, doesn’t produce as much oil, and so daily shampooing is not necessary to keep dirt and oil under control.
