Green Smoothie for SUPER HEALTHY Skin and SHINY Hair
First you’re going to cut up half a lemon into slices.
Then slice an organic apple into small cubes, and do the same with an organic pear.
Take a piece of celery and cut it up into chunks.
Next, pour 1.5 cups of water into your blender along with a head of lettuce and 2 handfuls of organic spinach.
Blend this all on a low-speed.
Once blended, add the apple cubes, pear cubes, and celery cubes.
Blend it all together for about 30 seconds.
Take a banana, without the skin, and put it into the blender. Again, blend.
Take some parsley and cilantro, and put them in the blender.
Now going back to the lemon you cut up at the beginning. Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender, and blend everything together one last time.
A smoothie containing all of these greens can sometimes be overwhelming, so if you’re not used to something like this then start off with smaller portions and build your way up to a full-sized portion.
