Make Your Own Biotin Smoothie for Healthier Hair

Biotin is a vitamin with promotes hair growth and helps improve the metabolism of your protein.

In order to prevent the necessity to take supplements, some research was done into the foods that are high in biotin:

  • Swiss Chard

  • Banana
  • 
Avocado
  • 
Sunflower Seeds
  • 
Raspberries
  • 
Coconut water

All of these ingredients contain a lot of biotin which as we know, is beneficial to our bodies.

Instructions for making the smoothie

  1. First, cut or tear up some swiss chard;
  2. cut up half a banana;
  3. cut up a quarter of an avocado;
  4. take some flower seeds;
  5. take some raspberries;
  6. and take a half a cup of coconut water.
  7. With all of this, put it all into a blender and blend it until it is as smooth as possible. The result may not look incredibly appetizing although it’ll be worth it once you start to see results. Drink this once a day for at least a month to see results.
