The carrot challenge consists of eating carrots every day for a set amount of time. In this case, try eating only 2 carrots a day for a month. Eating more carrots than this can cause you to have large amounts of carotene in your blood which can cause a number of harmful conditions.
You can do this challenge by making carrot juice, cutting them up and mixing them with chopped up fruits, or even just eating them as they come. Try and eat them differently everyday so that you don’t get bored with simply eating 2 carrots a day. Let your creativity flow!
