The first oil that we are going to use is almond oil and the reason for this is because it is full of the nutrients and amino acids that are necessary for hair health.
The second oil is castor oil. This is because the oil helps prevent hair loss, thicken your hair, and prevent any scalp infections.
The third and final oil is sesame oil. This is used because it increases the circulation in your scalp. A healthy scalp means healthy hair!
Mix together all of the oils in a container that you will be able to use to easily apply to your hair. Apply the mixture to your scalp carefully while massaging it in to the roots of your hair and on to your scalp.
Leave the mixture in your hair for between 3 and 5 hours. To prevent you getting the solution on your furniture try putting your hair up in a bun and wrapping it in plastic wrap!
Once the time is up, wash the solution out of your hair using shampoo.
Washing your hair once might not get all of the oil mixture out of your hair so wash it a couple times to make sure it’s all out and so that it doesn’t leave a strange smell in your hair!
Now that you’ve washed your hair, let it dry naturally or carefully towel dry it. Comb your hair instead of brushing it, this is better for letting the oils do their thing.
