How to make your own NOURISHING hair masks

These tips will help repair any dry, damaged and frizzy hair while also making your hair softer, longer and shinier.

The Coconut Pack

For this mask you’ll need coconut oil and an egg. If you have oily hair separate the egg white from the egg yolk and only use the egg white. If you have dry or damaged separate the egg white from the egg yolk and only use the egg yolk. If you have feel like you are unable to decide whether or not your hair is just one of these, feel free to use the whole egg.

Coconut oil comes in a solid form in cold temperatures so microwave some of it for a few seconds until it is a liquid form. Mix the coconut oil with whichever egg mixture you’ve decided on using and whisk.

The next part is simple, simply apply the mixture into your hair and massage it into the roots of your hair. Leave it for about 30 minutes before rinsing it out of your hair using cold water, and once the mixture is out go ahead and wash your hair using shampoo and a small amount of conditioner.

The Nourishing Egg Mask

This mask is slightly more complicated than the previous mask. You will need a whole egg, half a lemon, between half and a full cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Before mixing everything together, beat the egg in a bowl. Apply the milk, squeeze the lemon into the bowl, and mix it all together with the olive oil. Apply it the same as you would the coconut pack, rubbing it into your hair and massaging it into the roots of your hair. After about 30 minutes, rinse the mixture out of your hair using cold water and washing your hair with shampoo and a small amount of conditioner afterwards.

The Avocado Conditioning Mask

This mask is different from the others. You will need a cup of milk, olive oil, and an avocado. Instead of using a bowl, mix everything together in a blender. Don’t put the whole avocado in the blender, instead cut it in half and scoop the insides of it out and in to the blender. Blend it all together until there are no lumps in the mixture before applying the mixture into your hair just as you have before, and washing it out afterwards.

Any of the above masks will work and will help you succeed in making your hair softer, longer, and look a lot shinier.
