Reduce DHT production in your body and remove DHT from your scalp
DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is the natural by-product of testosterone. It is produced when testosterone interacts with the enzyme 5-alpha reductase. Primarily this occurs in the prostate. DHT is associated with ageing as it’s production generally increases with age.
In the scalp, DHT weakens hair follicles and inhibits their growth.
How to determine whether DHT is causing your hair loss
DHT causes ‘hair follicle miniaturization’. That means it causes a reduction in the diameter of individual hairs. This is often quite noticeable. And if you have noticed the individual hairs on your head are getting thin, it is likely that you are well into the early stages of hair loss – and that your hair loss is largely caused by DHT attacking and weakening hair follicles.
What you can do about this
Fortunately DHT is one of the easier causes of hair loss to deal with. In the eBook I show you how to:
- Remove existing DHT from your scalp
- Inhibit DHT in your scalp locally
- Inhibit the conversion of testosterone into DHT through diet (this is easy and cheap)
- Balance your hormones naturally to reduce DHT levels
- Improve the efficiency of your liver to improve used hormone elimination
You can do all of these things from home. Once you start following my guidelines, DHT will no-longer be a cause of hair loss for you.
